Chairman of Campus France and delegation from universities in France visits NCKU
A 12-member delegation from universities in France led by Chairman of Campus France Bertrand Monthubert visits National Cheng Kung University (NCKU), Tainan, Taiwan, today, facilitating the collaboration in education and research between universities in France and NCKU in Taiwan.
Bertrand Monthubert, Chairman of Campus France, led the delegation from 9 universities in France to visit NCKU on the morning of March 20 to deepen mutual understanding and broaden the engagement among universities in two countries.
NCKU Vice President Cheng-Hung Huang on behalf of NCKU President Huey-Jen Jenny Su welcomed the delegation and said, “We hope that through the visit of French delegation we could have further collaboration in the future.”
Campus France Chairman Bertrand Monthubert said, “So far we have one thousand Taiwanese students going to French universities and a bit more one thousand and six hundred French students going to Taiwan every year.”
“We would like these numbers to increase and that’s why we have all these very important universities to join the delegation and to visit Taiwan and to participate the program,” he added.
